See You Sunday.

Let’s face it we are living in anxious times, interest rates are rising and uncertainty is the new black…

But friends, there is one thing that we can all be certain of. This Sunday, the race that stops a suburb is coming to a street/hill near you…that’s right, the weather has cooled and the 44th Mini Mos Marathon (and Fair) is coming in hot and the best news is that you still have time to take part.

Bright and early on Sunday morning the incredible and tireless efforts of the volunteers, sponsors, parents, students and teachers of MPS unite to bring you Mosman’s favourite event.

As the proud major sponsor we want to say a HUGE thank you and pay homage to everyone that contributes to make this such a special day. No, this event is not just about turning up in a real estate branded t-shirt and hoping that you may get noticed…it’s much more than that. The Mini Mos is a critical fundraiser for Mosman Public School and your school needs you. Funds raised will go towards special projects like air-conditioning upgrades, shade sails and playground updates. It may be chilly on the day but nothing is sure to warm the cockles of your heart more than supporting your local school and being part of this great community event.

How can we can contribute I hear you ask?

Firstly, of course you can register for the 2km, 5km, 10km runs but if braving the hills of Mosman is not your bag then come to the fair at Mosman Public School and spend some money, buy a cake, have a sausage sandwich, enjoy the rides, just get amongst it.

For more information on the fair and to register for the run, click here.

As JFK would say “ask not what your local public school can do for you – ask what you can do for your local public school”.

The weather man says there could be a shower or two so be prepared because the show must and will go on.

See you Sunday,

David Murphy
