Now that most of the population has returned to the Lower North Shore from overpriced holidays the local property market is set to re-open next week.
Whilst I can’t speak for other agencies we have an excellent selection of listings about to hit the market and we are excited to share them with you.
In what is a typically quiet time we have had several sales this week and my read of the market is that the mood has improved. This is despite the fact that the RBA didn’t cut and I just love that every ‘expert’ was certain they would!
This week’s note is going to be short and sweet as we are doing something we rarely do and that’s heading out to a nice lunch to celebrate several staff birthdays and a strong June Quarter.
Oh, before I hang up. If you enquire about a property and the agent says something like “we haven’t had a price discussion with our owner” we agree…a total clown show.
